Werewolf: The Apocalypse, 2nd Edition

Do Lupus and Metis Garou regenerate in homid form? The section on "The Many Forms" implies they don't, but it would mean Lupus have two forms that don't regenerate.

Here we have conflicting bits of text. Page 196 implies that they do,with the comment that "Metis heal well in all forms." And as you say,"The Many Forms" implies they don't. Silver obviously doesn't affect anyone in Homid or Lupus in their breed form - but that seems kind of unfair in the Garou's favor that a Metis or lupus might be able to regenerate damage and soak silver in Homid.
Personally, I'd say no. Yes, that means that lupus have two forms they can't regenerate in, but it also means they have two forms in which they're immune to silver. If you want to give them the regeneration in Homid, by all means do so; but I'd recommend putting the vulnerability to silver back in as well for balance.

How does Howl of the Banshee work?

Good question. Roll Manipulation + Intimidation, standard difficulty, and spend that Gnosis point. The Man + Intimidation roll defines how long your opponents flee.

Werewolf Players Guide, 2nd Edition and Hengeyokai

Does the Hand from Beyond Gift in the Second Edition Player's Guide replace the one in the main rulebook? The two are pretty different.
Only if you want it to; it's an alternate way of doing things.

The Pumonca had different stats in the Players Guide Second Edition from the Bastet book, getting an extra +1 appearance in Sokto form. Which set of stats is right?
Bastet.

The Same-Bito's Chasmus form (Warui) was different from the Rokea's, is this correct are they supposed to have higher stamina?
[In Hengeyokai Same-Bito have 3 Stamina in Warui, in the Players Guide Rokea have only 2]

Yes. In fact, go ahead and apply it to Rokea as well; it doesn't make much sense that the massive Chasmus isn't as hardy as the simple Squamus.

Do Rokea get the the bite damage bonuses and the fin-slash and the Crinos aggravated damage sharkskin the Same-Bito get?
[In Hengeyokai the Same-Bito Warui form gets Strength +3 damage. Their sharkskin does the attacker's strength in damage to anyone who strikes them, in Crinos form this damage is aggravated]

Yes. Those were left out of the Rokea table as an oversight; the sharkskin bonus is mentioned in the 2nd ed PG anyway, although no rules exist for it.
Do all Ananasi get the Kumo's poisonous bite, or just the goblin-spiders?
[The Kumo's bite subtracts one from a random physical attribute]

Your call. It was added for Kumo because they'd naturally be pretty damn venomous, but we may make it standard when the Ananasi book is developed. Too early to say.

The Zhong Lung's Archid form has different stats from the Mokolé's, is this right? They also have different Manipulation modifiers for the Monitor Lizard Suchid form.

Yes and no. They're naturally more supple and dexterous, due to their serpentine forms, but the lower Manipulation is a  screw up. The Suchid form Manipulation is correct for Zhong Lung; alligators should have lower Manipulation than monitor lizards, but those stats were switched in the PG.
