Creation Rules V:tM & W:tA

     We, the ST staff would like it if you could put your Character Sheets into a .txt format preferably Wordpad. We ask this because if for some reason we or even your self has a problem with AOL it reduces the chance of you losing your Character sheet and the same reason for us. An added reason is since members of the ST staff have more then one Character/ Screen name in the game it allows us to access the Character sheets of all the players from any of our Screen names in case you need a copy or we need to look at it with out having to switch Screen names. If you can not do this we will try to do it for you and then send it back to you but this will only take up more of our and your time and slow down game play.

Creation Rules are straight from the VtM 3rd edition books.

No elder creation stats.

Can take the age back ground up to 1 dot( Those created before 11-24-00 are exempt from this rule)  I do ask when it comes to other back ground please use common sense.

As for merits and flaws. We do not have a real limit on merits and flaws except that there is no more then a 5 point difference between the two. Also please use common sense when picking merits and flaws. Make sure it is something you can play out. If you are found not playing out various merits and flaws you will loose them plus any points gained from taking a flaw.

A background story is worth 10 Freebies and a Picture of your character is worth another 10 these must accompany your CS submission
